Discover your own private haven in the heart of the Byron Bay Hinterland. The Retreat is a beautifully decorated, modern 2-bedroom villa designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The main bedroom features a cloud-like King-sized bed with a private ensuite and bath, while the second bedroom offers two sumptuous singles and opens to a garden adorned with water features and a luxurious wet room.
In Summer, step outside to your exclusive pool area and surrounded by a serene Balinese Water Garden. Soak up the sun ont he pool deck or lounge on our daybeds by in your secluded garden. Air conditioning is provided throughout the year for your comfort.
During the cooler winter days, unwind in the large Balinese gazebo with a private sunken 5-person spa, or cozy up by your log fire and watch a movie with free Netflix streaming.

My husband and I spent a very relaxing 3nights at The Retreat and it was amazing. Mike and Lisa treated us like long lost friends and were very welcoming and recommended some nice eateries and places to visit. The biggest problem was that we were so comfortable in our little hideaway, we didn’t want to go anywhere. Would highly recommend if you are wanting some time out from the rat race and want to relax.
Sanctuary in the pocket is a beautiful, hidden property, with lush green surrounds. Mike was the most gracious host, who treated us like family, even bringing us dessert on our first night! We got a full tour of the property, honey from the bees, eggs from the chickens, a true farm experience. The retreat house was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed.
The property, the accommodation, and the owners where next to none. Most beautiful place that is a must see for ANY one who loves to relax in the most beautiful surroundings you can imagine. Mike and Lisa where the most helpful and genuinely caring people you could ever meet, nothing was too hard, they went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as possible.
